as well as relaxation and mental fitness. By focusing on the correct
posture, controlled breathing and graceful movements, Taiji will help
us achieve complete body and mind harmony. This form is mainly based
on the Yang traditional Taiji quan, but a much simplified version.
It is a lot easier to learn for beginners.
